The International Foundation «Cultural Heritage» together with the
Gallery «N-Prospect» initiated the awards program of outstanding
workers of culture and art and the creation of award marks.
Award marks and medals established by the Foundation to assist the
cultural community in completing the most important tasks in the field
of arts and culture and to promote the international cultural
cooperation.

The Gold Medal «For mastership»
(a medal of the First degree) is awarded to native and foreign workers
of art and culture for outstanding achievements in professional area and
as a sign of a high public estimation of their merits.
The Big Gold Medal «For mastership» (a medal of the First
degree for the organizations) is awarded to native and foreign
organizations and collectives operating in sphere of art and culture for
outstanding achievements in professional area and as a sign of the high
public estimation of their merits
