The International Foundation «Cultural Heritage» has founded  scholarships to young gifted artists, students and the post-graduate students of high art schools who have shown special achievements in development of profession, preservation and continuation of traditions of Russian realistic painting.
Scholarships are awarded to participants on a competitive basis. By results of the competition the Competitive commission, which structure is defined by the Foundation, makes a decision on appointment of the scholarship for a period of 1 year and confirms the list of scholarship recipients. Scholarships are paid from January 1st of next year. Once every six month the scholarship recipient must provide 3 or 4 paintings for an accounting exhibition at the Gallery "N-prospect" in St. Petersburg, one of which becomes the property of the Foundation.

-  Personal scholarships for young gifted artists and students of art high schools
The International Foundation «Cultural Heritage» has granted 10 scholarships to young artists (under 30 years old) from 5 universities in Russia and Ukraine. The competition was held with the participation of rectors of art institutes and schools.

-  Grants for fully formed talented artists
The International Foundation «Cultural Heritage» has allocated 5 grants for fully formed talented artists who have shown special achievements in development of profession.
